Апстракт

Specifies the following test methods for new pneumatic tyres: force method, torque method, power method, deceleration method. Annex A considers test equipment tolerances, Annex B optional test conditions, Annex C measurement methods of moment of inertia for drum and tyre assembly for the deceleration method.
