Provides guidance for assessors and testing laboratories on the specific interpretation of the accreditation requirements applicable to testing (including validation of means of testing and test tools) in the field of information Technology and Telecommunications (IT&T), specifically in relation to software and protocol testing services. Does not apply to the accreditation of inspection, certification and quality assurance assessment activities.
