This document describes a inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometric (ICP-OES) method for the determination of soluble lead, antimony, barium, chromium, tin, aluminium, boron, cobalt, copper, manganese, nickel, strontium, zinc, mercury, arsenic, selenium, thallium, vanadium, iron, calcium, europium, gadolinium, lanthanum, lithium, magnesium, terbium, titanium, zirconium, silver, cesium contents of pigments or extenders.
