This document specifies the overall recommendations for the smart management of wastewater systems, including wastewater network, wastewater treatment plant, residue and integration of plant and network, as well as data security, governance, performance evaluation and improvement.
This document is applicable to the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the smart management of wastewater systems.
