This document specifies the determination of total aluminium and total boron in steel and alloy by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
This method applies to determining total aluminium mass fraction between 0,000 5 % and 0,10 %, and total boron mass fraction between 0,000 2 % and 0,10 %.
