This document defines a service model that considers various environments that may arise in last-mile delivery. The service model includes a general concept for last-mile delivery, conceptual configuration of service model, potential use cases in last-mile delivery, interoperability of the service model utilizing AI, IoT, and UNTP, application scenarios suited to various delivery environments, and common requirements.
