This document specifies requirements and test methods for edible lily bulbs and dried lily scales.
This document is applicable to fresh edible lily bulbs and dried lily scales offered to consumers after processing and packaging.
In this document, edible lily bulb refers to the underground bulbs formed by edible cultivated species and their cultivars of the genus Lilium (family Liliaceae).
