Scope

Standardization of terms and definitions, test methods and specifications for rubber in any form, rubber products (including their dimensional tolerances) and major rubber compounding ingredients. Standardization also includes specifications an test methods for rubber hoses and hose assemblies, seals, flexible celular materials, polimer coated textiles, and elastomeric seals for pipes and other rubber products.
