Impartiality policy

The certification body of the Institute for Standardization of Serbia respects and applies the principle of impartiality as one of the basic principles in the process of providing management system certification services.

Confidentiality policy

The certification body of the Institute for Standardization of Serbia considers any information about the client confidential, except for the information that the client made publicly available.

Quality policy

The certification body of the Institute for Standardization of Serbia provides the services of verification and certification of the management system in order to meet the needs and expectations of users and thus gain their satisfaction and trust.
