ISS Assembly Holds Spring Session

The first regular meeting of the ISS Assembly this year was held in the grand hall of the Institute for Standardization of Serbia on April 25, 2024. With the majority of the Assembly members present, the meeting was opened by the Assembly Chairperson Tanja Petrović (Sector for Quality and Product Safety of the Ministry of Economy), who welcomed the attendees and expressed satisfaction with the good response of the members and the fact that the meeting was organized in person.

ISS Director Tatjana Bojanić presented a report on the ISS work, and then, in accordance with its mandate, the Assembly considered and adopted the Report on the Implementation of the Plan for the Adoption of Serbian Standards and Related Documents for 2023, which was presented by the Head of the Department for General Areas of Standardization Radiša Knežević. The Assembly also accepted the ISS Financial Report for 2023, which was explained by the ISS Director, the Report on the Work of the Institute's Management Board in 2023, which was presented by the employee representative on the Management Board Aleksandar Stefanović, and the Report on the Implementation of the ISS Work Program for 2023, which was presented by Violeta Nešković-Popović, Head of the Department for International Cooperation, Information and Publishing.
