29 October 2020 – Webinar: „From the Law on Information Security to Standardsˮ

Marking the month of information security, ISS, in cooperation with the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communication and Postal Services (RATEL), the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia (MTTT) and the Ministry of the Interior (MUP) is organizing a free webinar intended for the representatives of the government bodies.

The Law on Information Security regulates measures for protection against security risks in information and communication systems (ICT), responsibilities of the legal entities in the management and use of ICT systems and determines the bodies responsible for implementing protection measures, coordination and monitoring the application of the prescribed measures.

The aim of the webinar is to provide information on legal regulations in the field of information security, as well as on fulfilling the requirements of the standards, that support the application of the regulations. Series of international standards ISO/IEC 27000 defines the requirements for the information security management system (ISMS).
