In order to meet the needs of its users, the Institute for Standardization of Serbia is again organizing training dedicated to the interpretation of the requirements of the SRPS ISO 9001: 2015 standard as well as recommendations for the application of these requirements. In accordance with the new circumstances, the training is held in the form of a webinar and provides participants with the opportunity to gain new knowledge, thanks to which they will improve and facilitate the implementation of quality management systems (QMS) in their organizations.
This webinar is designed to benefit participants who are already familiar with the standard and who want to improve the QMS, giving them the opportunity to discuss problems in interpreting certain requirements of the standard that they encounter in practice, as well as those who are just getting acquainted. with the standard and require explanations in the application of this standard.
Along with examples for the fulfillment of the requirements of the SRPS ISO 9001: 2015 standard, participants will have the opportunity to practically apply the acquired knowledge about the principles of QMS in their workplaces through a series of exercises.
Who is the webinar intended for?
The webinar is intended for all organizations that are certified according to ISO 9001: 2015 or implement the quality management system in their organizations, and especially QMS management representatives, representatives of management for other systems (EMS and OHSAS), quality managers or other management systems.
A special advantage related to this seminar is that the training material includes the online reading service of the SRPS ISO 9001: 2015 standard (lasting 5 days), which significantly facilitates the participation and follow up of the training.
