Competition for the best technological innovation

Within the scope of the cooperation between the Institute for Standardization of Serbia ISS and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, which includes the promotion of the Competition for the selection of the best technological innovation in Serbia in 2021, a free webinar on "Standards and Innovation" will be held on 27 September, 2021 and it will last from 10:00 till 12:30.

The webinar is intended primarily for participants in this competition, current and potential innovators, i.e. high-tech entrepreneurs and students with innovative ideas. Given the importance of innovation for the development of society, anyone interested in hearing the story of innovation and its two-way connection with standards can apply to participate.

The aim of the webinar is to present to participants the impact of finding new solutions, their general acceptance and examples in the development of civilization, as well as in modern business - how innovations have become more widely used and become part of standards, but also how standards can be successfully applied when creating new ideas. The lecturers at the webinar are: Nenad Veselinović, national innovation expert, the representative of the “Mihajlo Pupin” Institute, as well as the representatives of ISS, Intellectual Property Office and the Innovation Fund of the Republic of Serbia.
