Continual cooperation with the Ministry of Economy

State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy, Mr. Milan Ljušić, and the representative of the Sector for Quality and Product Safety, Mr. Miodrag Dugandžija were guests of the Institute for Standardization of Serbia today.

ISS top management hosted the working meeting with the representatives of the Ministry. ISS Director, Ms. Tatjana Bojanic, informed the representatives of the Ministry about the most important ISS activities at this time, as well as the efforts that are being made to strengthen Serbian industry for their participation in the national and international market. The importance of the implementation of Serbian standards and the benefits of their application for SMEs was especially emphasized, and in that sense, the possibilities for taking joint steps with other institutions of QI were considered.
