How to improve your business

For the beginning of the autumn business period, the Institute for Standardization of Serbia has prepared a set of on-line trainings which could be helpful to improve business activities in the current difficult times. These are new webinars, covering the topics related to project management, introduction to certification and methods of solving business problems.

Effective project management is a pre-condition for its successful implementation and can be achieved by respecting the requirements of the standard SRPS ISO 21500:2019, which presents good practice in project management. Webinar with the topic „Project management – Good practice in the implementation of SRPS ISO 21500:2019“ will be held on 29 September 2020.

Considering another topic, certification of QMS, it is indisputable that it is a safe way to present to the business community the commitment to comply with the laws and regulations, focus on customer satisfaction and continuous business improvement. Webinar „Certification as the direct path to successful business” will be held on 30 September 2020 and it will help the participants to grasp the importance of certification in an easy and comprehensive way.

The latest in this series of on-line trainings will provide instructions and guidelines for the use of tools that can more easily and quickly identify and resolve problems and milestones in different business areas. Therefore, do not miss the webinar „Introduction to problem solving” scheduled to be held on 7 October 2020.
