ISS 2020 Annual Report

ISS published the 2020 Annual Report and it contains the most important activities during last year.

Bearing in mind that 2020 was marked by the COVID-19 pandemic, the measures ISS has taken to enable all employees to work from home and access all services for uninterrupted business, as well as the sale of standards can be read in the Report.

NTC meetings were held by correspondence, as well as through the use of services for online sessions, so that the process of adopting standards during the pandemic was performed smoothly.

As a complete novelty in the work, ISS enabled its clients to attend the announced seminars, but in a new format - webinars, which were initially free for all users. In the period from the end of March to the end of May 2020, a total of 8 free webinars were realized, and by the end of the year, five more, as well as 16 commercial ones. More than 1,000 participants participated in all free webinars.
