ISS published a new bilingual standard for occupational health and safety

Recently, a new Serbian standard from the series of standards in the field of occupational health and safety (OH&S) management systems was published as a bilingual document. SRPS ISO 45002, Occupational health and safety management systems — General guidelines for the implementation of ISO 45001:2018 (https://iss.rs/en/project/show/iss:proj:102916) provides instructions for establishing, implementing, maintenance and continuous improvement of OH&S in organizations. The instructions in this document are compliant with the ISO 45001 standard and can help organizations align their operations with this standard, but are not intended to interpret its requirements.

This document is intended for all organizations, regardless of size, activity or ownership structure. Given that it can be applied in different types of organizations, the real-life examples given in this standard are not intended to suggest the only or best way, but to show one possible way of implementation.

SRPS ISO 45002 was adopted by the NTC CASCO, Conformity Assessment and Quality Management (https://iss.rs/en/committee/show/9122), which monitors the work of the international technical committee of the same name.
