ISS published a professional publication on BIM technology

ISS has just published the publication in Serbian language “BIM standardizacija u Srbiji” (“BIM
standardization in Serbia”), prepared within the cooperation of ISS with the Czech standards
body – Czech Office for Standards, Metrology and Testing (ÚNMZ). This publication aims to
support the digital transformation of the construction industry in our country through the
promotion of standards in the field of information modeling of buildings, as well as raising
awareness on the significance of standardization. The publication is available on the following

The publication includes overview of the activities of the national, International and European
technical bodies for standardization, basic BIM terminology and the list of Serbian standards
from this field.
The publication will be discussed on 26 October 26 2021, on the second day of the webinar on
the application of BIM technology, which is also being implemented as part of the project
"Support to the improvement and development of the QI Sector in Serbia". The first day of the
webinar was held on 12 October 12 2021, when the experience of the Czech Republic in the
application of BIM technology was presented. On the second day of the webinar, the situation in
our country will be presented, as well as a comparative analysis of knowledge of BIM
