ISS services ref. providing information to the customers

ISS performs information services within the scope of its activities, in order to enable our customers to obtain the necessary information referring to the search and implementation of standards. These services are performed at the customer´s received written request and include searching standards in the SRPS collection of standards, as well as providing information on the SRPS standards belonging to a particular field of standardization, or NTC.

ISS NTC members and ISS Assembly members are entitled to the discount, as given in the Decision on the amount of fees for standards, related documents and other publications, as well as the amount of fees for services provided by the Institute for Standardization of Serbia in performing activities in the field of standardization.
