A step closer to an energy-efficient future – ISS premises receives energy passport

The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Belgrade has submitted the final report on the detailed energy audit conducted on the headquarters building of the Institute for Standardization of Serbia (ISS). Based on the analysis, an Energy Passport has been issued for the building, designating it with Energy Class D.

The project investor is the UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) office in Belgrade, which supported the implementation of the detailed energy audit to improve the facility's energy efficiency.

Given the established Energy Class D, the report provides clear guidelines for further optimization. A total of five measures have been proposed to improve energy efficiency and integrate the use of renewable energy sources.

In the coming years, the ISS management will work systematically to improve the building's energy efficiency. This objective represents a shared commitment from the entire management team and all employees.
