LEVEL 5 - Corporate Risk and Crisis Management

The Institute for Standardization of Serbia will host the LEVEL 5 training program in corporate risk and crisis management, to be held from 13 to 15 May 2026 in Belgrade, at the premises of the Institute for Standardization of Serbia.

The training program is intended for professionals seeking to enhance their knowledge and competencies in the areas of strategic risk management, crisis leadership, organizational resilience, and decision-making in complex and uncertain environments.

The first two days of the training will be conducted in person in Belgrade, while an executive webinar will be organized on the third day.

Throughout the three-day program, participants will have the opportunity to acquire contemporary knowledge through lectures, practical exercises, and discussions in the following areas:

• strategic risk management,
• crisis management,
• crisis leadership,
• organizational resilience,
• decision-making in complex situations.
