New ISS Publication: „Standards in the Field of Traffic Signaling and Road Equipment“

The field of traffic signaling is largely regulated by pure national Serbian standards that support the application of regulations governing this area in our country in terms of defining the technical characteristics of traffic signals. The standards committee responsible for the narrower field of traffic signaling and road equipment is NTC Z226, Road Equipment, whose area of work is divided into two subcommittees: NTC Z226/PKS 1_, Road Equipment - Roadside Safety Barriers_ and NTC Z226/PKS 2, Road Equipment - Road Traffic Lights.

At the initiative of the NTC Z226, to gather basic information about standards in the field of traffic signaling and their availability in one place, the Institute has prepared a promotional publication entitled „Standards in the Field of Traffic Signaling and Road Equipment“. The publication is primarily intended for traffic engineers, manufacturers of traffic equipment and signals, and others who are active in the field of traffic engineering.

The Institute has numerous promotional or expert publications that present new areas of standardization, specific standards, or provide manuals for the application of individual regulations. All of these publications are available on the Institute's website.
