New edition of anti-bribery management standard published in Serbian

At the beginning of 2025, ISO published the latest edition of the ISO 37001:2025 standard. By December of the same year, the Serbian language version was already made available.

This essential standard, which can function independently or be integrated into an organization’s overall management system, addresses a wide range of issues related to organizational activities, including:

• Bribery in the public, private, and non-profit sectors;
• Bribery by the organization;
• Bribery by organizational personnel acting on its behalf or for its benefit;
• Bribery by business associates acting on behalf of the organization or for its benefit;
• Bribery of the organization;
• Bribery of organizational personnel in relation to the organization’s activities;
• Bribery of business associates in relation to the organization’s activities;
• Direct and indirect bribery (e.g., bribery offered or accepted through a third party).

Purpose and Applicability

The standard establishes requirements and provides guidance for a management system designed to help an organization prevent, detect, and respond to bribery. Furthermore, it is fully aligned with anti-bribery laws and is applicable to all types of organizations, regardless of their size or sector.
