ISS has recently published two new Technical Specifications from the series of standards SRPS ISO/IEC TS 17021, Conformity assessment — Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems – Parts 11 and 13.
Both Technical Specifications are bilingual, i.e. in Serbian and English language. Part 11 (https://iss.rs/en/project/show/iss:proj:104979) specifies additional competence requirements for personnel involved in the audit and certification process of a facility management (FM) management system, while Part 13 (https://iss.rs/sr_Cyrl/project/show/iss:proj:104980)specifies the competence requirements for personnel involved in the audit and certification process for compliance management systems (CMS). They complement the existing requirements for competence, consistency and impartiality of the bodies providing audit and certification of management systems given in SRPS ISO/IEC 17021-1 (https://iss.rs/en/project/show/iss:proj:51488) that was published in 2015.
At this moment, two more documents from the same series of standards are in the project stage, i.e. prSRPS ISO/IEC TS 17021-12 (https://iss.rs/en/project/show/iss:proj:107111) and prSRPS ISO/IEC TS 17021-14 (https://iss.rs/en/project/show/iss:proj:107112). Part 12 specifies additional competence requirements for personnel involved in the audit and certification process of collaborative business relationship management systems (CBRMS), while Part 14 specifies the competence requirements for personnel involved in the audit and certification process for management systems for records (MSR). Their adoption is planned for January 2024.
