Scope

The scope of the proposed standard will apply to:

• Simulation and modelling environments involving interactive or immersive user experiences, such as VR training systems, AR-based industrial visualisations, digital twin platforms, and metaverse-style collaborative spaces.
• Platforms that collect or process personal, biometric, behavioural, or spatial data from users or bystanders.
• Situations where users are presented with privacy-related terms, policies, or contractual conditions governing the use of their data.
