Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) is an approach to innovate, redesign existing, or develop new processes, products, and/or services. This international standard provides a common understanding, terminologies, and guidelines on the application of methods, techniques and tools for Design for Six Sigma. The standard describes how DFSS is implemented into multi-disciplinary teams.
