Scope

This international standard specifies wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (WD-XRF) for the chemical analysis of selective catalytic NOx reduction（SCR） catalysts and intermediates.
This standard is applicable to the determination of titanium (Ti), vanadium (V), tungsten (W), Molybdenum (Mo), phosphorus (P), silicon (Si), aluminum (Al) in SCR catalyst for flue gas denitration.
