Scope

This document describes the specific characteristics of smart cities, identifies related cybersecurity risks, and establishes a cybersecurity framework for smart cities including of security controls.
This document is applicable to smart city stakeholders and gives guidance on how to implement security controls across the different components of the smart city framework to protect smart cities systems.
