Scope

Test Method A covers the determination of carbon in the range of 54.9 % to 84.7 %, hydrogen in the range of 3.26 % to 5.08 %, and nitrogen in the range of 0.57 % to 1.76 % in analysis samples (8.1) of coal and of carbon in analysis samples of coke in the range of 86.6 % to 97.9 %.
