Pump tracks - Construction, safety requirements and test methods

Scope

This document specifies safety requirements and requirements for testing and marking, information for users, as well as information on inspection and maintenance.
This document applies to asphalt pump tracks intended for users of bicycles, skateboards, scooters and other roller sports and equipment.
It refers to different materials of the pump track and distinguishes between the characteristics and appropriate dimensions of individual elements of the track.
This document is restricted to pump tracks constructed from artificial materials such as asphalt, concrete, or comparable non-natural materials.
This document does not apply to pump tracks made of natural materials, in particular soil-based or earthbound pump tracks.
