This European Standard specifies the requirements for factory made products from expanded cork, agglomerated without additional binders, which are used for the thermal insulation of buildings. The products are delivered in the form of boards, with or without facings. The standard describes product characteristics and gives the test methods and procedures for marking, labelling and packaging. Products covered by this European Standard are also used in thermal insulation systems and composite panels; the structural performance of systems incorporating these products is not covered.
NOTE: If the word "harmonized" (marked in green) is not found in the field with the name of the directive, it means that the European standard is not cited in the OJEU.
