RADIO EQUIPMENT - Seminar on the new Regulation on Radio Equipment with a demonstration of testing in the laboratory

The Institute for Standardization of Serbia (ISS), in cooperation with Idvorski Laboratories and RATEL, is organizing a new specialized seminar on 16 and 17 December, 2024. This seminar provides an opportunity to familiarize oneself with the requirements of the new Regulation on Radio Equipment (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 24/24) and standards in the field of radio equipment, the challenges of their application, and the practical methods of demonstrating conformity with these requirements.

The seminar is designed so that on the first day at the Institute for Standardization of Serbia, presentations will be held on the novelties introduced by the regulation, directive, and standards in the field of radio equipment.

The second day of the seminar is technically oriented and will be held directly at the Idvorski Laboratories location (Volgina 15, Zvezdara, Belgrade), where a practical demonstration will take place. Demonstrations of test methods according to the requirements of the latest editions of standards will be presented on new measuring equipment in the up-to-date equipped laboratory. The number of places in the laboratory is limited, so the demonstration of methods will be held in two groups with a maximum of 15 participants each.

The seminar is intended for designers, development teams, and manufacturers of radio equipment, importers and distributors, companies that use radio equipment for their business, state institutions (market inspection, ministries, regulatory bodies, ...), and other interested parties interested in this technologically dynamic field.

Lecturers are experts actively involved in drafting regulations, adopting standards, testing devices, and certifying radio equipment.
