NAPOMENA 1 uz termin: Dokumentovane informacije mogu da budu u bilo kom obliku, na bilo kom medijumu i iz bilo kog izvora.
NAPOMENA 2 uz termin: Dokumentovane informacije mogu da se odnose na:
– sistem menadžmenta (3.4) uključujući procese (3.12) koji su u vezi s njim;
– informacije kreirane u cilju realizacije operativnih aktivnosti organizacije (dokumentacija);
– dokaz o ostvarenim rezultatima (zapisi).
