2. 2 уз термин:   Обавезе за усклађеност могу да настану из законских захтева, као што су применљиви закони и прописи, или добровољне посвећености, као што су организациони и индустријски стандарди, уговорни односи, кодекси праксе и споразуми са групама из заједнице или невладине организације.
