The first issue of the bulletin "Standardization" in 2022 has been published

The latest issue of the electronic version of the "Standardization" bulletin has just been published. In this issue, you can read texts on selected topics from the world of standardization that were significant for the first quarter of 2022.

The focus of the first bulletin this year is the trend of digitalization and the development of standards in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). On that occasion, ISS established contact with the Research and Development Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia, which was founded a year ago as the first institution of this kind in the entire region. One of the young scientists, her development path and experience in this scientific institute were also presented.

Considering that the International Women's Day was traditionally celebrated in March, one of the main topics was the participation of women in the activities of national standardization. On this occasion, we posted several questions to the representatives of the governing bodies and the national technical committees and presented their views and impressions on standards and the future of standardization.

In addition, we forward an important message from the director of AFNOR, the French standardization organization, about the importance of standards in the European market.

You will also be introduced to three higher education institutions that have been long-term members of the Institute, and find out about the news from the QI sector, initial steps and a successful example in the development of innovation.
