Participate in the preparation of the Plan for the Adoption of Serbian Standards for 2026

The Institute for Standardization of Serbia (ISS) is commencing activities on the preparation of the Plan for the Adoption of Serbian Standards and Related Documents for 2026. This plan should encompass all standards that the interested parties in the Republic of Serbia identify as essential for carrying out their activities.

Therefore, we invite all interested parties to submit lists of standards and related documents that the Institute should include in its adoption plan for 2026.

The lists of standards should primarily contain:

• New projects or revisions of existing original Serbian standards.
• International (ISO/IEC) standards that need to be adopted in Serbian or English.
• Only those European (EN) standards that need to be adopted in Serbian.

When identifying standards that should be adopted in Serbian, please note that the Institute has limited resources for translating European and international standards. Therefore, it is preferable for interested parties to provide the necessary initial translations of the standards.

We suggest using the template available for download here when preparing your lists of standards.
