The 10th Balkan Conference on Standardization was held in Timișoara from September 22 to 23, 2025, organized by the Romanian Standards Association (ASRO). This year's slogan was “Research & education trigger NextGen standardization,” and the event gathered representatives of national standardization bodies from the region, decision-makers from Romania and the EU, experts in research and education, as well as representatives from industry and the academic community.

On the second day of the conference, one of the speakers was Tatjana Bojanić, Acting Director of the Institute for Standardization of Serbia, who presented the professional training programs of the national standardization body and cooperation with faculties and secondary schools within programs dedicated to standardization education.
