The state of emergency has affected our everyday way of life and work of each of us. We did our best to adapt to the changes, at the same time trying to be active, as much as the circumstances allowed.
Therefore, the idea of holding webinars was developed, as the only possible way to maintain the contact with the users and convey and disseminate useful information in these new conditions. This up-to-date type of training proved to be very successful, simple and practical, both for the lecturers and the participants.
On 16 May 2020, the webinar „Communication in crisis situations – COVID-19 pandemic” was held, as the 7th and last in the series of free webinars. The lecturer at this webinar was dr Želimir Kešetović, full-time professor at the Faculty of Security Studies. This topic stirred up great interest, and the presentation was highly evaluated by the participants.
This webinar was preceded by another webinar related to the good communication skills: „How to achieve customer satisfaction by the application of standards SRPS ISO 10001, SRPS ISO 10002, ISO 10003 and ISO 10004”, which was held on 8 May 2020. The lecturers were dr Ivana Mijatović, professor at the Faculty of Organisational Sciences, at the Belgrade University, and NTC KS I1/07 member, and mr Mirjana Mirković-Đorđević, Head of the Division for chemical technologies, agriculture, forestry, security, environment and general fields of standardization and ISS NTC CASCO Secretary. At the webinar, the participants could learn how standards can help them respond properly to complaints and remarks.
All 7 free webinars were attended by 500 participants in total.
