7 October 2020 – Webinar “Introduction to problem solving”

The aim of this four-hour webinar is to bring the participants closer to the concept of problem solving, as well as to enable them to get acquainted with several different methods and techniques used in all types of activities.
Webinar “Introduction to problem solving” will also provide answers to the following questions:

• Why it is important to properly define problems and gather information about problems and their causes;
• How to decide on a problem-solving method and how to apply it;
• How to prepare and implement improvement plans.

This webinar is intended for everyone who wishes to find out more about the methods and techniques of solving problems that occur in everyday business activities.
The lecturer will be Vladimir Simić, experienced expert in the fields of management systems, ISS NTC CASCO member, consultant, IRCA certified trainer, long-term training manager, QMS and EMS manager, lead auditor for QMS, EMS, OHSAS and ISMS.
The language of the webinar will be Serbian.
