8-9 July 2020 – Webinar: The interpretation of the requirements of the standard for the medical laboratories SRPS EN ISO 15189:2014 and recommendations for its implementation

In order to fulfill the needs and expectations of its customers, ISS repeats the training dedicated to the interpretation of the requirements of the standard SRPS EN ISO 15189:2014, referring to the quality and competence of the medical laboratories. In accordance with the new developments, the training is organized in the form of a two-day webinar and offers the participants the chance to acquire new knowledge that will enable them to further improve and facilitate the application of QMS in their laboratories, as well as to be fully prepared for the accreditation according to SRPS EN ISO 15189:2014.

Presenting actual examples for the fulfillment of the requirements of the standard SRPS EN ISO 15189:2014, the participants will, through group exercises, have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice, regarding the QMS principles.

Who is this webinar for?
This webinar is intended for the management and staff of the accredited medical laboratories, as well as the medical laboratories that are in the process of implementing QMS according to SRPS EN ISO 15189:2014, QMS management representatives, laboratory management and internal auditors. The webinar is designed in such a way that it is useful not only to those who are familiar with this standard and wish to improve their QMS, providing them with the opportunity to discuss about the problems they are facing in everyday work and exchange experiences with their peers, but also to those who are beginners in this area and need explanations and guidance in the application of this standard.

Why and how – the webinar?
Relying on the experience gained during the social isolation caused by COVID-19 virus pandemic, ISS organized a large number of webinars and was very successful in this activity, according to the opinion of the attendees. We believe that this training can be successfully implemented through webinars. The registered participants will, after paying the registration fee, get a reminder with the link to the webinar and the instructions, a day before the webinar.
The registration fee is 7.154,50 RSD including the text of the standard SRPS EN ISO 15189:2014, the certificate of attendance and the presentations of the lecturers.
