A webinar on BIM technologies organized on 15 September

As a continuation of the cooperation between the national standardization bodies of the Republic of Serbia and the Czech Republic, ISS and ÚNMZ on promoting the application of modern technologies in construction, a free webinar on the topic of BIM was held on Thursday, 15 September this year.

This webinar is part of the project „Support for the improvement and development of the quality infrastructure sector in the Republic of Serbia“ and aimed to connect the experiences of Czech organizations in the implementation of BIM technologies with the opportunities for the development of BIM in our country.

The webinar was attended by about 50 participants, who, in addition to learning about the Czech strategy, had the opportunity to receive information about the preliminary results of the survey on the readiness of domestic organizations for the implementation of BIM.

Also, the interactive publication „Implementing BIM in an organization“ was presented at the webinar, which was translated into Serbian and is available on the ISS website: https://iss.rs/sr_Cyrl/download/page-section/document/12249.  This publication offers questions and answers related to the introduction of BIM, primarily in public organizations, as well as a detailed description of all stages in this process.
