Electronic contact point for construction products

The electronic contact point for construction products is a state electronic service through which interested parties are provided with free information on the provisions of regulations on construction products in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

In accordance with Article 34 of the Law on Construction Products ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 83/2018), the work of the electronic contact point for construction products is carried out by the ministry responsible for construction.

The electronic contact point for construction products shell provide interested parties with information on:

1. technical regulations that are applied to a certain type of product in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, i.e. information on whether that type of product is subject to the prior acquisition of documents on evaluation and verification of constancy of performance in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia, as well as information on the need to implement the procedure of recognition of foreign documents on evaluation and verification consistency of performance on the territory of the Republic of Serbia; 

2. data on the responsible authorities in the Republic of Serbia that allow those authorities to be contacted directly, including details on the authorities responsible for supervising the application of technical regulations for construction products on the territory of the Republic of Serbia; 

3. legal means in the Republic of Serbia in the event of a dispute between competent authorities and a business entity.

No fee is required for providing information through the electronic contact point for construction products from Paragraph 2 of the Article 34 of the Law on Construction Products.
