The Law on Construction Products in RS and the Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products
The Law on Construction Products ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 83/2018) regulates the conditions for putting construction products on the market and making them available on the market, drawing up a declaration of performance and affixing a mark of conformity on construction products, obligations of economic entities, technical regulations for construction products and Serbian technical specifications, simplified procedures, bodies for technical evaluation, bodies for evaluation and verification of the constancy of performance of construction products, validity of documents on the conducted assessment and verification of constancy of performance of construction products and conformity marks issued abroad and other issues of importance for the field of construction products.
About the portal
The portal provides information on regulations and standards for trading products on the domestic and single European market. It is intended for manufacturers who belong primarily to small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as distributors, importers and other experts and users involved in the process of standardization, conformity assessment, testing and approval of products.
The development of the Portal was realized within the framework of the implementation of the Czech program for the development of cooperation “Support for the Improvement and Development of Serbian Quality Infrastructure Sector” in cooperation between the Institute for Standardization of Serbia (ISS) and Czech Office for Standards, Metrology and Testing (ÚNMZ).

The system of assessment and verification the constancy of performance is a procedure that is carried out with the aim of ensuring the compliance of the construction product with the performance of the essential characteristics specified in the declaration of performance that are determined in the corresponding technical specification, technical regulation or Serbian technical assessment.
Serbian assessment document
Serbian assessment document is a document prepared by technical assessment body for the purposes of issuing Serbian technical assessments, while a Serbian technical assessment is defined as the documented assessment of the performance of a construction product, in relation to its essential characteristics, issued in accordance with the appropriate Serbian assessment document.
