In order to bring the student population closer and familiarize them with standardization, the International Organization for Standardization ISO is organizing online workshops for this target group. A total of five workshops will be held in October and November 2021, and the participation in them is free of charge. All workshops will be hosted by Dr Mojdeh Rowshan Tabari, ISO DEVCO Chair.

ISO is also currently conducting a research on the extent to which national standardization bodies have experience in working with students. The aim of this research is to successfully prepare an International strategy for standardization education in order for the new generations of standards users to get involved in the world standardization development, as early as possible and in a more wholesome way.
In the previous period, ISS has organized several seminars and workshops for the university students, as well as for high school students, and in 2021, ISS has already organized two webinars. Also, ISS has established the cooperation with several educational institutions, as well as with the Rectorate of the University of Belgrade, which recently became ISS member.
