The Institute for Standardization of Serbia has achieved successful cooperation with numerous educational institutions in our country. The goal of that connection is to acquaint university students and high school students with standardization, so that after finishing their schooling, they would be ready to practically apply the standards.
Standards are present everywhere and that is why the top management of the College of Sports and Health in Belgrade has launched an initiative for partnership with ISS. On that occasion, on 10 November 2021, ISS held a meeting with prof. Dr. Branko Bošković, Director and Ana Krstić, Deputy Director of this college.
The school was founded in 1997, as one of the first private higher education institutions in the field of sports, called the College for Sports Coaches. Today, it is an accredited higher education institution, unique in Serbia in that sense that it includes study programs in the field of social sciences, humanitarian and medical sciences. The mission of the School is to educate professionals who will use contemporary methods of training, learning, management, health prevention and rehabilitation.
Possibilities for future cooperation were discussed at the meeting, and the guests were introduced to the new standard SRPS ISO 21001, which provides guidelines for the management system for educational organizations
