ISS successfully organized the webinar on information security

As it was announced, the webinar on the subject of information security and standards in this area was organized yesterday. ISS, the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communication and Postal Services (RATEL), the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia (MTTT) and the Ministry of the Interior (MUP) were the co-organizers this webinar. This free of charge webinar was attended by 30 participants - representatives of the public institutions and various companies.

The lecturers were the representatives of the above mentioned institutions, who shared their experiences in the field of information security. The presentations included technical regulations, legal acts and procedures in this area, as well as the requirements of the standards for information security management systems (ISMS), defined in the series of 10 International standards ISO/IEC 27000 series. The role of these standards, that have been adopted as Serbian standards in Serbian language, available to all, was also to support the application of the regulations.
