New free webinar

The Institute for Standardization of Serbia (ISS) continues to organize free webinars during the state of emergency. This time, it is in collaboration with the Faculty of Organisational Sciences, on the subject of customer satisfaction by applying the series of standards in this field. The main purpose of the new webinar is to aid representatives of the service sector as well as SMEs to advance their knowledge in order to improve the customer satisfaction, thus be fully prepared for the upcoming period of reopening and conquering the market.

The webinar titled "How to achieve customer satisfaction by applying the standards SRPS ISO 10001, SRPS ISO 10002, ISO 10003 and ISO 10004" will be held on 25 April 2020 at 10:00.

The goal of the webinar: Providing the knowledge and specific guidance for the maintenance and enhacement of the customer satisfaction, handling the complaints and claims, as well as disputes.

Who is the target group: All of you who are interested in this subject, and particularly employees working in the service sector, owners, managers and CEOs of SMEs from the service sector, managers of the integrated management systems, sales managers, HR sector, marketing, as well as all others who are directly and/or indirectly involved with the customers in their everyday work, or those who are involved in handling complaints, claims and disputes.
