New webinar: Communication in crisis situations – COVID-19 pandemic

Institute for Standardization of Serbia (ISS) is organizing one more webinar on the subject of the current situation and COVID-19 pandemic. ISS together with the Center for Risk Analysis and Crisis Management (CRACM) and company SGS Beograd invites you to be on-line with us in order to find out everything about the good and bad examples of the communication in the crisis conditions, on 16 May 2020, at 10:00 am.

• Recommendations for successful communication during the crisis situations,

The lecturer at this webinar is dr Želimir Kešetović, full-time professor at the Faculty of Security Studies and associate of CRACM.

The webinar is intended for all of you who are interested in this important subject, especially for the representatives of the organizations from the public and private sectors, SMEs, as well as for the companies that wish to improve and enhance their knowledge in order to maintain successful and normal business activities during the crisis conditions.
