Mapping between the clauses in EN 17968 and the European frameworks involving rough-terrain variable-reach tractors

Scope

This Technical Report provides the relationship between the clauses of EN 17968 and the requirements of the European legislation
applicable to rough-terrain variable-reach tractors, namely Directive 2006/42/EC on machinery and Regulation (EU) No 167/2013 on
the approval and market surveillance of agricultural and forestry vehicles, including supplementing Regulations, i.e.
- Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1322/2014 on vehicle construction and general requirements;
- Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/68 on vehicle braking requirements;
- Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/208 on vehicle functional safety requirements;
- Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/504 on the administrative requirements for the approval and market surveillance of agricultural and forestry vehicles.
