Institute for Standardization of Serbia (ISS) and Center for Risk Analysis and Crisis Management (CRACM) are inviting you to take part in the webinar "Crisis communicating in the real sector", which will be held on Wednesday, 10 June 2020, at 10:00 am.
Good communicating is one of the key prerequisites for solving all the problems. In order to have successful and undisturbed communication, it is necessary to be familiar with the communication skills. They include effective information distribution, but also effective listening and responding.
During the three-hour webinar you will hear and learn about:
- the characteristics of the crisis and of human perception,
- what are the definitions of and what are the connections among the identity, image and the reputation of a company,
- what is the purpose of the crisis communicating and which are the problems,
- the active and passive crisis communicating policy,
- the elements of the effective crisis communicating strategy,
- the stages of the operative level of the crisis communicating – before and after the crisis,
- the role of the middle management during the crisis situation,
- the reporting during the crisis situation and the relationship with the media,
- the elements of the crisis communicating plan,
and many other issues.
The webinar also includes a case study, through presenting the example of the actual incident that happened in Belgrade in 2008, response to the crisis and the epilogue of the crisis situation.
The lecturer will be dr Želimir Kešetović, full time professor at the Faculty of Security Studies, University of Belgrade, and CRACM associate.
